Core training is an important component of fitness for every person engaged in the pursuit of health and wellness.  When you have a strong core, the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips, and abdomen work in harmony.

New series starts March 1st, 2014!

Session 1: Saturdays, 3/1,3/8, 3/15, 3/22, 11:45 am – 12:15 pm

Session 2: Tuesdays, 3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25, 7:15 – 7:45 pm

Each session is $40 + tax.

Register under “Series” for one or both sessions!  Space is limited!  Yoga mat required.

Can’t make every class in a session?!  Drop-in’s are welcome if space permits!  $10 cash or check only.

Attendance in a previous Core-Elation series or Strong BaDi class preferred.
